Very cute cafe with amazing food options! I just loved the vegetarian Viking Pizza and the ambiance was pretty cozy. Would definitely recommend and go there again. The museum is also worth a visit!

Fantastic, spacious cafe with great quality food at reasonable prices. A well kept secret a short walk from the centre of the city. This is an ideal place for people who want to take a break from the city but also big enough to bring a family. Massive windows let the natural light stream in and there are tables outdoors when the weather is fine. It's attached to the Stavanger Archeological museum but you don't need to pay to enter the museum to use the cafe. The food is also fantastic. Everything is made on the premises with great quality ingredients. Can't recommend this cafe enough on those rainy days or when you want an alternative to the overpriced cafes in the centre of the city.

They probably use some super-secret recipe from the Iron Age for their soups (dagens rett), otherwise I could not explain how they can be so delicious.

Nice and spacious coffee shop. No express machine, only premaid coffee 30K per cup, but tastes properly. WiFi available with registration 2K per 12 hours

Seemingly simple museum coffee shop. But the food was really good - had a club sandwich and one with smoked salmon. One of better filtered coffees in town. Kids enjoyed the usual pancakes.
